400m –  running at a comfortable pace.

Circuit:

(Complete each weight circuit for a 1 minute duration)

  1. Burpee to Press – using a 10 kg sandbag or weight plate
  2. 200m sprint run
  3. Ball Slams – using a 10 kg weighted medicine ball
  4. 200m sprint run
  5. Bench Tricep Dips
  6. 200m Sprint run
  7. Cross jump squats – opposite arm to leg
  8. 200m sprint run
  9. Walk forward and walk back  on your hands (downward dog move)
  10. 200m sprint run
  11. Bicep to shoulder press (4kg Dumbbells)
  12. 200m Sprint Run
  13. Lateral Raises (3kg Dumbbells)
  14. 200m Sprint Run
  15. Straddle squat Walks
  16. 200m Sprint Run
