My 7 Healthy and Easy to Make Snacks for Busy People.

The start of the year is always busy for most people. Stay on track with your healthy eating with these healthy snacks. They  are easy to make and prepare because if you are anything like me,  who has time to make bliss balls everyday (not me that is for sure). Choose from 7  healthy options that are easily kept in the fridge or pantry.

My 7 Healthy snacks are:

  1. Apple pieces with peanut butter. you can even keep the peanut butter at work with you and just take the apple.

  2. Boiled egg – a little boring but simple and easy to eat. You can prep these the night before and keep in the fridge.

  3. Carrot sticks and beans with avocado dip. Keep in the fridge in ready to grab containers.

  4. Almonds and Grapes – I like this combination.  Bite size snack with sweet and savoury flavour.

  5. Smoked salmon or tuna – out of the tin! 

  6. Tub of natural Greek yogurt with oats and nuts mixed through (granola basically)

  7. Good old banana – easy to travel with and just the perfect amount of sweetness and goodness to keep you going.

The options are easy and basic but exactly what you need when busy with life and training.
