I Cant Believe It Is July ………Already!
I actually cant believe that it is July already. Half the year has gone. We are now into the second half of the year and I still have so much to do and achieve. The second half of 2019 is going to be better than the first half, it has to be. It will be.
The second half of 2019 has me chasing some serious goals. I am working in a job that I love at Gympie Aquatic and Recreation Centre and I have big plans to growing my Just Tessa brand. I plan to have more online training programs available for everyone for any level of fitness. More E Books available to purchase and some more yummy cooking ideas to prep and make with your family. That will definitely keep me busy.
I will not be doing any Triathlon Events in the next six months, well I say that now but it could all change LOL. I am however still training hard. Since the start of July (all 3 days of it) I have been writing new weights and running programs and performing them myself. I have found my love for training back and I am enjoying every single moment of it. Getting up at 4.20am to be exact, enjoying a cup of coffee and then training. It sounds weird and unnecessary but don’t knock it til you try it. It is a great time to get up and you feel so much better for it. You have more time in the day to fit everything in and complete all your priority tasks.
So keep watch on this space. New programs and Training ideas are coming soon.

The start of July has also given me the drive to complete my yearly goals. The things I have had on my vision board. My personal goals and the experiences I want to share with my Kids and Family. It is always around this time of year that you tend to get stuck down with low drive, feeling under the weather and unmotivated. It is the time that you should start to make some changes and pick your self back up and spend the year out living the way you intended to at the start of the year. Dust off that vision board, re read that new years resolution and start to achieve it. If you need help with organisation and getting your shit together, I have something that can help. Lastly, it is the time to get ready for summer. The shortest day of the year has passed. It is now looking bright and the sunlight hours are getting longer and longer. That means that summer will be here before you know it. So be ready. Be fit and healthy and ready to take on all the summer adventures you can.
